Claudia Lubin

Claudia E. Lubin is a seasoned professional in design and construction, with over 45 years experience as an architect and project manager, working for Empire State Realty Trust, Calvin Klein, Turner Construction Company, NYNEX (currently Verizon), CPG Architects and several design firms, including her own.  She is an experienced team leader and project manager, combining consultant and owner perspectives to better serve her clients and projects.

Recently retired from ESRT, Claudia has experience in a broad range of commercial real estate projects from the architect, owner, contractor and client perspectives.  With her combined industry knowledge and strengths in project management, Claudia has built numerous workplace and capital projects including tenant fit outs, build-to-suits, CapEx amenity upgrades and out of the ground corporate headquarters, throughout the tri-state region.  As VP Retail Construction for Calvin Klein, she built numerous retail projects across the country and internationally.  Other experience includes leading the re-engineering of several project management leadership teams, increasing productivity and profitability, doing the same in her role of Director of Planning, Design and Construction while at NYNEX. As Director of Program Management for Turner Construction Company, Claudia developed and managed a new avenue of business for the company.

With her varied experiences and roles within the industry, and as a graduate architect of The Rhode Island School of Design, Claudia provides a unique perspective and balance of design, constructability and profitability.
