Michael Puffer

Michael Puffer joined the Hartford Business Journal in 2021 as a staff writer, covering real estate, development and finance. He worked for The Republican American newspaper in Waterbury for 15 years, as well as newspapers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Puffer holds a degree in journalism from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. His work has been recognized with awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, the New England Newspaper and Press Association and the Alliance of Area Business Publishers.
